Customers browse for free after signing up. Chatting and calling providers is TSh 1,000 a month. Pay with mobile money or card; the app always shows current prices.
Trust and safety
A marketplace you can rely on
Verified providers
The blue tick goes to providers with a verified email and phone, at least 90 days on Sherehesha and 4 stars or more from 15 customers.
Real ratings
Only signed in customers can rate a provider, one rating each, and every rating is shown.
Reports that count
Anyone can report a listing or account. Repeated independent reports are reviewed and can lead to suspension.
Private by design
Your phone number is shared only with people you are in contact with, and we keep only an approximate location.

Is Sherehesha free to use?
Creating an account, browsing and searching are free. To chat with or call providers you need the chat plan (TSh 1,000 a month). Providers need the provider plan (TSh 5,000 a month) to publish ads.
How do I pay?
Plans are paid in the app with mobile money or card through our payment partner, Snippe. You get a receipt by email and in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Do I book and pay providers through Sherehesha?
No. Sherehesha helps you find and contact providers. You agree on the price, date and details directly with the provider and pay them directly.
Which areas do you cover?
All 31 regions of Tanzania. You choose your region, district and ward when you sign up, so nearby providers appear first.
What does the blue tick mean?
It means the provider has a verified email and phone, has been on Sherehesha for at least 90 days, is rated 4 stars or more by at least 15 customers, and was approved by our team.
Is there a mobile app?
Sherehesha works in the browser on any phone or computer today. The Android app is coming soon.
How do I report a problem with a provider?
Open the provider's profile or ad and choose Report. Our team reviews reports, and accounts that break our community guidelines are removed.
